During my first 3 visit's i only noticed 3 issues one of the issues was expired tea in the lobby. The second issue was just the usual normal stuff that is just having the food ready during the 10 minute time frame.

This Restaurant and its workers have been focused and on track while enjoying their work so my impression rat 70 out of 70 with a 27 out of 30 food impression making the total 97 out of 100.

The 3rd Location At 121 N Shoreline Blvd a whataburger customers enjoy close to the beach they have a upstairs, downstairs, and patio to eat the one good word to describe this location is task. The workers at this location not only know how to multi task to get the food and drinks ready they also keep track of the orders so they can know where each person sits. While there are also issues sometimes with them being able to have the orders ready within the 10 minute timeframe this restaurant situation is a little more excusable due to it being in a more populare area and having 1 register downstairs instead of one on both floors.

This Restaurant and the workers know how to keep working and stay focused but the do get overworker sometimes so i give this location 60 out of 70 with 20 out of 30 food impression making it 80 out of 100.

The first adjustment is changing the 10 minute timaframe to a 20 minute time frame 10-15 minute's to prepare the big stuff like the burgersand fries and make sure everything is prepared properly. And leave's them with 5 minutes to get the drinks ready. That includes adjusting the app preparation time that comes up after you place your order it says estimated time.
